PROJECT Eggs Benedict: Check!

I’m so glad we got the right texture and taste for the hollandaise sauce in our first attempt. The poached eggs were a different matter though. I think we only got 2 perfectly shaped poached eggs. Jerick and I made two servings (one for each of us), with 2 sets for each servings, just like the ones in “a cafe”. And yeah, we were inspired to make this after trying this out at that certain restaurant which is located in Crossroads, Banilad, which I also think is overly priced for its serving size (P365.00). So obviously, we just made something of our own. I don’t want to make this on a daily breakfast basis though because the sauce and poaching is quite tedious to do. Nonetheless, it tasted great and can be at par with that of the P365.00 version…/bias~ hahaha! XD
